Biography

A Sudanese legal consultant holding a doctorate in public law since 2013, with close to five years of experience in the United Arab Emirates. He has represented clients and prepared legal memoranda at every stage of litigation before all civil, commercial, rental, criminal, labour, and personal-status courts. He is skilled in drafting and responding to legal memoranda and in submitting legal notices, petitions, and notifications to courts, public prosecution offices, police, and government bodies, with strong client-handling skills and the ability to represent clients before courts of every degree and the relevant authorities. He is also adept at organising and filing case documents across the country's judicial systems while preserving professional confidentiality. He currently serves as a legal consultant at Al Menhali Advocates and Legal Consultants in Abu Dhabi.
