Biography

A legal consultant holding a master's degree in law, with close to three years of experience in the United Arab Emirates. He has full experience drafting legal memoranda at every stage of litigation before all civil, commercial, rental, criminal, labour, and personal-status courts, and is skilled in drafting and responding to memoranda and in submitting legal notices, petitions, and notifications to courts, public prosecution offices, police, and government bodies. He has strong client-handling skills and represents clients before courts of every degree and the relevant authorities, with full command of the country's court e-systems — the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department system, Dubai Courts, Sharjah Courts, and the Federal Courts. He currently serves as a legal consultant at Al Menhali Advocates and Legal Consultants in Abu Dhabi.
